We accept most insurances.

Insurance

We are currently in-network providers with Aetna Better Health NY and Illinois, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Plans, ComPsych, Cigna, Optum/United Behavioral Health, UMR, TRICARE East, TRICARE West, and Medicare. Please get in touch with your insurance plan to ensure that we are in your plan’s network.

Although we are in-network with the abovementioned insurance providers, you may check with your insurance provider that isn’t listed since some out-of-network plans may cover all or a portion of the mental health service fees. 

You must pay for services regardless of third-party reimbursement. If you have an HSA, flexible spending account, or medical savings account, you may also be able to use these funds.

When calling your insurance company to verify your benefits, ask the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

What are my mental health benefits, including a deductible, co-pays, and co-insurance?

How many mental health sessions do my health insurance cover per year?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

All clients must have an active credit card on file, which will be used for automatic billing. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

RaTES

We bill your insurance provider with the following rates:

$230- 60-75 min., Initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (90791)

$180- 60-min., Individual Psychotherapy (90837)

$140- 45-min., Individual Psychotherapy (90834)

$140- 60- min., Family Psychotherapy (90847)

$100- 90- min., Group Therapy (90853)

$150- 60- min., Health Behavior Intervention (96167)

$75- 60-min., DIR Health Behavior Intervention (96168)

$36- 10 min., Interprofessional Consultation (99446), not covered by insurance

$72- 11-20 min., Interprofessional Consultation (99447), not covered by insurance

$150- 30+ min., Interprofessional Consultation (99448), not covered by insurance

$1,000- up to 3 hours, not including travel CRR/court record review/deposition, not covered by insurance

PDMHA- Police Department Mental Health Evaluations, yearly (rates agreed with individual PDs)

$95/hour- Report writing (R9999), not covered by insurance

CANCELATION POLICY

While we do have a generous cancellation policy, a “no show” without notice will result in a fee of $100. If, for any reason, you can not attend your scheduled session, let your therapist know. That time is reserved for you, and the therapist is unable to make necessary adjustments unless notified of the need to cancel.
