Welcome to Mosaic Minded

At Mosaic Minded, we believe healing begins with connection—whether you're an adult navigating the weight of trauma, grief, and identity, or a child learning to make sense of the world through play.

Our practice offers a supportive space for adults seeking depth-oriented therapy, including Complex Traumatic Stress Psychotherapy, logotherapy, and neurodivergent-affirming care.

We also specialize in play-based therapy for children impacted by trauma, using developmentally appropriate, relationship-focused approaches to foster safety, emotional expression, and resilience.

No matter the age or stage, we are here to walk alongside you—helping you piece together the parts of your story with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.

Therapy for Adults

Depth-oriented care for trauma, grief, identity, and neurodivergence.

We support adults navigating complex trauma, life transitions, spiritual exploration, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you're unraveling past wounds or discovering new parts of yourself, our work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and meaning.

Our services include:

  • Complex Traumatic Stress Psychotherapy

  • Logotherapy (meaning-centered therapy)

  • Prolonged Exposure Therapy

  • Transpersonal and integrative approaches

  • Affirming care for neurodivergent adults

Play-Based Therapy for Children

A safe, supportive space for children to heal and grow.

Trauma can overwhelm a child's developing brain and nervous system. Through play, children are able to express what they often cannot put into words. At Mosaic Minded, we use developmentally appropriate, relationship-based therapy to help children feel safe, connected, and understood.

Play therapy may help children who:

  • Have experienced trauma or loss

  • Struggle with regulation or big emotions

  • Have difficulty with trust or attachment

  • Show signs of anxiety, sadness, or aggression

  • Are recovering from early relational harm
